Cynthia knows first-hand why insurance matters. She grew up in a single-parent family after her father passed away suddenly at the age of 32, and saw how hard her mother worked to bring up the family.

After starting her career as a teacher, she joined the financial services industry in 1997. She expanded into general insurance in 2003 when her clients, many of them business owners, asked her to look after their companies too. In 2015 she founded Insurance Workz Agency, so that she and like-minded advisers could serve clients better with the backing of a corporate agency.

With almost 30 years in the industry, Cynthia believes clients deserve more than a price comparison. To her, insurance means giving sound advice, getting the cover right, and being there when clients need help the most, especially at claims time. She and her team aim to be their clients' partner for life, for both personal and business insurance.

Outside work, Cynthia enjoys drawing and spending time with her family.

Louis started his career in the Civil Service at the age of 21. He is committed to delivering the best service and is always ready to respond to his clients' needs. Family income protection and retirement planning are his specialisations.

He has come a long way with the support of his clients and business partners. Striking a balance between work and family, he also believes in contributing to society. He enjoys meeting people from different walks of life and believes in learning something from each of them.

Life has not always been smooth sailing for Louis, but he has picked up the pieces along the way. He believes everything is possible unless you give up on yourself: set your goals, keep the faith and work towards your dreams. Be a good listener and help sincerely from the heart.

Jared started his career as a financial planner in 2008 with AXA Insurance Pte Ltd. To better meet the insurance needs of his customers, he joined Insurance Workz Agency Pte Ltd in 2015.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Jared took up professional studies and was awarded the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2014 and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2016.

With a can-do attitude and a passion to serve, Jared gets the most satisfaction from seeing the smile and relief on his clients' faces.

In his free time, he enjoys travelling, painting and researching the best cashback credit cards.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys travelling around the world with friends and family, which also broadens her perspective.
